New Construction

At Duerson, we work hand-in-hand with the General Contractor to ensure the building is ready for our part of the roofing installation— following all specifications. Curbs, penetrations, and metal are materials that may need to be installed at a later date, so we coordinate with the GC for those as well. Most often, metal will need to be measured after the roofing installation as well— pending the completion of siding, brick, etc. or what the building spec calls for.
