At Duerson Corporation, we’re proud to say that all of our Duro-Last projects come with their 15-year warranty and are the best in the industry. The Duro-Last ® 15-year commercial warranty comes straight from the company that has manufactured over a billion square feet of roofing membrane since 1978. With a Duro-Last roof, you pay nothing for material or labor for warranted repairs or replacement.

Duro-Last’s standard 15-year labor and material warranty carries no exclusions for ponding water and protects the commercial or industrial building owner with a 15-year full warranty. Our standard warranty includes coverage for consequential damages that result from defects in the Duro-Last material and/or installation.

The Duro-Last warranty does not require your costly investment in a maintenance program, but regular common-sense attention to building maintenance that adds to your roof investment.

Included Consequential Damage Coverage & is specifically noted as NDL warranty. The mil thickness requirement is 40 mil. This standard warranty is included with every Duerson Duro-Last commercial roof.
